Who we are. kanji glacom® is a service by glacom.AI. All processing happens on glacom servers located in Europe; no third-party clouds are involved.
What we collect. The photos you upload, the optional context you write, your email address (only if you sign in), and, if you allow it in your browser, your approximate location (used only to identify the venue in the photo).
What we do with it. We read and translate the text in your photos and, unless you delete them, show them in the public gallery. We never sell your data and we show no advertising.
Your rights (GDPR). You can access, correct or delete your data at any time: delete your photos from your account, or use the contact form for any request.
Retention. Photos and translations stay online until you delete them. Login tokens expire automatically.
